Returns & Refunds Policy

At OBEY THE HUSTLE LTD, we’re committed to providing you with quality streetwear that reflects hustle, purpose, and individuality. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if your item is damaged or faulty.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns on:
Sale or discounted items
Custom or personalized products
Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it quickly — your satisfaction is our top priority.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without it.
